This role ensures the delivery of exemplary guest service and retail standards in accordance with the company’s Gold Standards and SOP protocols. The Boutique Associate is responsible for supporting the Boutique Manager and with delivering a retail experience that is integrated into the overall guest experience onboard. The Boutique Associate understands luxury guests and is knowledgeable about luxury brands, products, experiences and trends in retail and beyond.

Represent exclusive jewelry designer brands. Create conditions that will inspire a guest to indulge in a memory of their dream vacation. Provide the highest level of customer service to all guests. Drive incremental revenue for the shops onboard ship.
